        1. Open Tally.ERP9 in your computer.

        2. Press key "W" in your keyboard or click on "Work in Educational Mode" by your mouse.

        3. Choose one option here:
  • "I : Silver Edition Mode (Single User)" - If you want use only as single user.
  • "J : Gold Edition Mode (Unlimited Multi-User)" - If you want use as multi-user.
        Here I choose Multi-User.

        4. Here you can see information about company empty under "List of Selected Companies".  Because, We didn't yet "Create a Company" or "Login as Remote User" or "Restored backup of            any earlier Company".

        5. Click on Create Company. Fill-up the required information according to your need and requirement. Here I'll create a company as "PTHAKUR.ONLINE". All information only for example and educational purpose.

        6. Here find form filled-up with required information. Finally Accept "YES".

        7. Company creation completed. Now you can find a Company as "PTHAKUR.ONLINE" under "List of Selected Companies".

        8. You can create more than one company by pressing "ALT+F3" key with following the same options as mentioned above. If you want delete you company then press "SHUT Company" and if you want to modify any information in current company then press "Alter".

INCOME These income are those income which have to receive for selling goods and services. Type of income: Direct Income These income are those income which have to receive to supplier for direct selling to cash. For example Sales for cash Assets for cash Service for cash, etc. Indirect Income These income are those income which have to receive indirectly. For example Discount receive Interest receive Commission Bonus Gift, etc. full-width Creditor: A person who takes the cash and gives the goods. Debtor: A person who gives the cash and receive the goods.

Classification of accounts ACCOUNTS It is a way or method to maintain the all business daily transactions as a record for maintaining its all balance in which include company expanses and income, profit and loss, purchase and sales, etc. That is knows as account. Types of accounts: Personal Account: These account are those account in which the transaction shall be maintained in between two person to company, one person one bank or one company one company.
